I tried the trouble shooting sugested by Ubisoft, re-installing the game, turning my graphic settings down to the lowest setting – none of it helped. The closest I got to having the game playable without constant interruptions was setting it to run in windows vista compatability mode, at which point the crashes became less frequent but still upwards to once every 30 minutes and repeatedly at a specific checpoint in the final mission.The only reason I was able to even finish the game was stubborness on my part and pure luck that I got around repeated crashes in at least two of the main missions.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate may not be the best one of the saga, but it is certainly an entertaining and nostalgic experience for fans who have played the previous installments.Set in 19th century’s London, you follow the Frye twins in their quest to end Templar domination. Having the chance to play as both Evie and Jacob was an incredibly innovative choice for the franchise that I welcomed with open arms. Both are different yet capable assassins and the customisation offers a wide variety of improvements, such as different weapons, skill sets and outfits. My favourite was the inclusion of Ezio’s legendary robes.
Allthough this game is fun for the first hour or two there are some things that set it back. Three is a major lack of npc variety to the point I can count the different character types on 1 hand. There are only really 3-4 types missions that just get copy and pasted on different locations. The combat is so underlining easy that its not even worth grinding to upgrade your character. The double character dynamic is an interesting concept except both characters are the same except 4 unique upgrades. The story is so bland and mediocre too so you feel zero attachment to any characters in the story. Save your money and don’t buy this game. In fact its not even worth pirating.
