The gameplay as well as the loot system and the merchant are quite innovative and very pleasant and really makes us want to loot all the zones. The story, the OST and the art direction are excellent and even if we feel a touch of resident evil 4, the game itself is very innovative and gives a real renewal. Although the game is easier than the previous opus, the exploration, zone unlocking and puzzle systems are excellent.
In conclusion, it is for me one of the best resident evil especially in its gameplay, that’s why I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent survival horror with enough modernity and with about 15-20 hours of gameplay taking its time. While many games lately have failed to deliver all round, mainly focused either on visuals or marketing and somewhat have been let downs in gameplay, this one surpasses all the expectations and for me, it has been the best in the RE series so far.
