There’s only one boss theme, which even the final boss shares–which fooled me into thinking I wasn’t fighting the final boss when I actually was. The game has a somewhat crude/morbid sense of humor, nothing too extreme in my opinion, but yours may differ. If you can handle a little cussing and some pixellated gore then this shouldn’t bother you at all.
