This is one of the best and most challenging time management games I’ve ever played. The concept is pretty simple: you have a conveyor belt with things on it (burger parts, fry boxes, drink cups, and so on) and have to assemble items for customers that come in. As you progress in levels new items are added to the list of things you can make, power-ups are unlocked to help you in tight spots, and new customer types with various tastes and quirks are introduced.
The pace is quick, the controls are simple, the story is presented with a fun sense of humor, and the way the game introduces new stuff is fun (you can choose what new item to unlock next in each stage, until you’ve got them all). There are 160 levels in the main game (80 levels in the main story and another 80 in the expert story once you’ve beaten that) which can all be replayed to try for perfect ratings, along with a couple extra modes to try out, so there is a lot to do.

The planned third game, Burger Shop 3, has been in development hell for nearly a decade and sales of the first two games on Steam might help nudge them towards finally finishing it.
