The Legend of Dark Witch is a great franchise and I’m glad to be following it still to this day. But it’s still a very fun and simple experience. Constant combat and less puzzles, with more scripted encounters and a linear gameplay, you still get to do what you do in any other Resident Evil game, every puzzle is more of a fetch quest to let you just explore and fight your way through it.
If you don’t think too much into every confrontation with Nemesis about how Jill always survives with no issue and pure luck in each of the several encounters, you still get a pretty intense fight. Though I haven’t played the original RE3, I’m aware of the several amount of content removed between that one and this remake which makes you feel like there was room for more out of the potential this game has. Aside from the potential and stuff it could’ve had to improve,
it still has a decent, simple and entertaining survival horror game. For those who wants to play relaxing games after a long tiring day of work and school, this is very much for you. A great stress-relieving game. Can calm your anxieties, worries, and stress. Background music and sounds are great. The game itself is simple and calming. No need for instructions as it’s pretty straightforward.
