The positives are the graphics, the combat, addictive loot hunting and the controls. The issues are primarily based on the bugs, which would hopefully be patched by the launch of 1.0. In my short time the game hard crashed my PC, the controller became unresponsive twice because I clicked on another window and back into the game and the game kept telling my pockets were full when they weren’t.

It’s an action platformer game with some rpg mechanics. You can invest money in temporary buffs and repairing and improving your equipment. In the end, money it’s not really an issue but maybe in more advance stages you need to farm it a little bit. Keep in mind that it’s not a game where you can advance really fast. If you do, lots of enemies will attack you and you will most surely do. I think it’s a really entertaining game and with its price it’s a really nice option. If there’s one thing that I really want to commend in Hack and Slime is its art style. I love the character and the level design. It’s quite challenging.
