I had been wanting to make my own little mascot animations for my twitch overlays, and so I got aseprite and was learning how but just when I needed it, someone told me about stream avatars and that has been a GAME CHANGER, not only do I get to have animations walk across my screen how I wanted, but it’s controlled by my audience!! This has been a great tool for me to practice pixel art by making my own avatars, but also for giving me something to talk about on my channel and get viewers involved! The ONLY complaint I have is if you are a beginner pixel artist it can be very hard to understand how to import your own and get it set up. Its also diffi ult to understand how to use all of its features, I still cant figure out some of them.
Once I finally did that though with importingnit was fine. ALSO, it doesn’t say what the “points” that people rack up go toward. What is the purpose? Can they spend this “gold” on something? I wish they could for shop items but I don’t know how to do that. Anyway this review was worded kind of clunk but just know it’s a great tool for your channel, even if you just download others avatar designs instead of making your own Amazing way to level up your streams and give your viewers something fun to interact with. It takes a bit of reading and programming to get it set up, but once you get it going, things run on their own.
