When I got this, I was craving a Smash bros experience. Now, When I play Smash… It kind of makes me want to play this one. Something about this one just seems more heart felt. You can feel and see the care and detail put into this game. It has some balance issues, but nothing I would make a stink about. The world it plays out it is a quirky as all get out, and honestly still manages to weird me out from time to time (Just look at Fishbunjin, you’ll see what I mean). By far the best game of its kind on PC.
I will preface that this I was looking at this for about a week before I bought it and was like man this game looks like trash. SOLELY because I don’t think the Steam trailer that plays does this game justice. After playing for a couple hours I straight up love this game. It’s All parts Silly AND Technical at the same time. A lot of Melee tech is in this game but much easier to pull off because of the buffer system but also just generally more fluid (feels like a healthy mix of Melee movement with Smash 4
