Been a subscriber for a number of years, liked the game for its gameplay and the friends I made here. Almost lost over $200 from a subscription error, couldn’t contact anyone there for support, only got support from my bank to cancel the payments.
Attempted to retry the game after a number of years to see what’s changed, my account is currently not allowed on any of their servers. I have yet to receive any assistance regarding this manner, even though they said they would.
Overall, this game is decent, but the company is the most scummy and worthless that I’ve seen in my life. You charlatans at EA do not deserve this IP, you are trash.
By far a really good MMO with good story and dialogue. I like almost EVERYTHING this MMO has to offer but this game gives off the same problem that I have with a lot of MMOs, I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO GET THINGS AND WHAT TO DO TO GET SAID THINGS. The games locked behind a pay wall and you only get 4 races out of 13 that are playable which means you can only play Human Cyborg and two other really crap races that are forgettable. I really love the customization but the transmog system is really bad and most of this game is stuck behind paying 6 dollars for races and 10-20 for half of the cool stuff. Not to mention the fact that this game is also 10 years old and run by the crime syndicate company that is EA games. I do really like this game but I would not recommend this to anyone who does not play WOW. Its mostly just copy paste MMO crap from WOW but replaced with star wars flashing lights. Overall good game but hoping that someone will give a better shot at making me feel like the bounty hunter / sith lord / jedi knight i wish to become in a NON-MMO rip off in the universe that is STAR WARS.
